Lesajean Jennings

Dr. Lesajean Jennings serves as the Supervising Psychologist for Greater Houston Counseling Services, providing off-site clinical supervision, consultation, and professional support to our psychological services team, including Licensed Psychological Associates and Provisionally Licensed Psychologists.

With decades of experience in clinical psychology, psychological assessment, education, and professional development, Dr. Jennings brings a depth of knowledge that strengthens the support available to GHCS psychology professionals. She earned her Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from the Virginia Consortium Program in Clinical Psychology and later completed a postdoctoral Master of Science in Clinical Psychopharmacology.

At GHCS, supervision is more than a requirement. It is an important part of helping clinicians grow in confidence, clinical judgment, assessment skills, and professional identity.

Dr. Jennings provides guidance around case conceptualization, psychological assessment, ethical decision-making, diagnostic considerations, and complex clinical questions. Her experience as both a practicing psychologist and educator allows her to support clinicians as they continue developing their skills while maintaining high standards of care.
