If you're a Texas LPC Associate working toward full licensure, you know the hardest part isn't always the clinical work. It's finding a supervisor who actually has time for you.
Greater Houston Counseling Services offers clinical supervision for LPC Associates who aren't currently employed by our practice. This starts as a supervision relationship, not an employment one. You keep your current caseload and setting, and we provide the supervision hours you need to move toward full licensure.

Supervision now, a possible path forward later
Supervision through GHCS starts as a standalone arrangement. It doesn't come with employment or a guaranteed caseload up front. That said, we're a growing practice, and associates we supervise get to know how we work and vice versa. For associates who reach full licensure and are interested, we're open to talking about what joining our team could look like down the road.
